Once the manufacturing process is complete and relevant safety inspections have been carried out by the team, the product is ready to install. All installation work is overseen and carried out by our own team, ensuring that we control the levels of competency and training of our staff. As part of the installation process, we carry out a full site pack pre-installation for approval from our clients that includes Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Lifting Plans and COSHH Assessments.
All the assessments and documentation is carried out by members of our team who have the relevant knowledge and experience to do so. The installation team will possess IOSH, Neebosh and CHAS certification to name a few. All lifting operations are carefully planned and calculated to ensure the correct lifting machines and accessories are ordered in advance.
